EXHIBIT ''A" <br />SCOPE OF WORK <br />ln addition to providing all material and labor, the Contractor shall perform the following <br />1. Act as the county's lead agency (a Complete Count Committee); and <br />2. Establish a list of groups that will be targeted for priority attention in an effort to <br />encourage their members to be counted in the year 2020 Census; and <br />3. Develop a program to encourage participation in the year 2020 Census by the <br />public generally, and by the target groups in particular; and <br />4. $15,000.00 shall be budgeted for a .5 FTE from November 2019 through April <br />2020 and that $5,000.00 shall be budgeted for printing, media, and supplies to be <br />paid in November 2019; and <br />5. HopeSource shall prepare a final report upon completion of its activities and <br />submit the report to the BOCC prior to receiving the final portion of payment; and <br />6.
