2. A signed and dated copy of the attached COVID-19 Job Site Requirements must be <br />provided. Signature of the property owner and, if applicable, general contractor shall be <br />required as evidence of agreement to abide by Job Site Requirements. <br />3. An authorization letter will then be issued by the Kittitas County Community <br />Development Services department. <br />4. Property viewings, inspections, appraisals, and final walk-throughs shall be arranged by <br />appointment only, and be limited to two people at each occurrence. Inspections may <br />require additional measures as ordered by the building inspector or Director of <br />Community Development Services. <br />5. All persons on site must observe social distancing guidelines and applicable health and <br />safety worker protection measures as per the attached COVID-19 Job Site Requirements. <br />6. County authorization letter and signed copy of COVID-19 Job Site Requirements must be <br />posted on site. <br />7.
