INDUSTRIAL <br />Kittitas County Jail <br />Karra Bailey <br />PROPOSAL FOR CCTV UPGRADE ANDCAMERA REPLACEMENT <br />Accurate Electric Unlimited (AEU) is pleased to provide this proposal for labor and materials for <br />the installation, programming, and testing of a upgrade of the CCN system to Valerus as <br />described herein for the lot sum total of ........................................................... $ 64,693 (USD) <br />EXISTING CONDITIONS <br />The current jail CCN camera system has reached the end of operational life. Viconnet, Version <br />8, will no longer be support by the end of 2020. <br />PROPOSED SOLUTION <br />AEU proposes to replace the CCN recording system with a new Application Server and <br />Recording Server. Both will be integrated into the Sheriff's LAN system where management and <br />viewing of video can be accomplished at County provided workstation (must be approved and <br />have credentials). <br />The recording server will have 83 TB of useable recording storage of video. Depending on <br />programming of the cameras, can exceed 90 days of recorded views. The application server is <br />the latest 17 gen with 16GB of RAM. AEU also includes all software licenses and registration to <br />the County Sheriff. <br />SCHEDULE <br />AEU proposes the installation be completed with One (1) on site Journeymen with remote <br />programming by our software engineers.... In 1 week. For the projected three (3) mid -weekdays <br />the technicians work on site will be twelve (12) hour workdays. AEU can be on site within 35 <br />calendar days upon notice to proceed. <br />
