The regional funding will assist with planning, on -scene security, and public health, public Information, and operational coordination. Activities will include: 1) Provide space, training, and equipment for EOC staff and critical stakeholders for Operational Coordination. 2) Provide training and equipment for staff to Identify, discover, or locate threats and/or hazards with necessary physical, technological, and cyber measures. 3) Train first responders for a mass casualty Incident and equip with surge medical supplies. 4) Provide public education/outreach and training to the citizens and responders. 5) Maintain the ability to deliver information to the whole community regarding any threat or hazard.
