BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />COI-INTY OF KITTITAS <br />STATE OF WASHINGTON <br />RESOLUTION <br />No 2o2o _ o7q <br />TO AWARD THE BID TO FURNISH CRACK SEALANT MATERIALS FOR 2O2O <br />WHEREAS: A Notice of Call for Bids was approved and signed on February 4, 2020, to <br />furnish Crack Sealant Materials for 2020; and <br />WHEREAS: Sealed bids were opened on February 20, 2020, at2'.00 p.m. in the Kittitas County <br />Public Works OfIice, and two (2) bids were received; and <br />WHEREAS: The Public Works Department recommends that the responsible bid of Special <br />Asphalt Products for Schedule "A" and Arrow Construction Supply for Schedule <br />"B" be accepted; and <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of County Commissioners, in the <br />best interest of the public, does hereby award the bid for 2020 Crack Sealant Materials to Special <br />Asphalt Products for Schedule "A" and Arrow Construction Supply for Schedule "B", and be <br />accepted, upon such terms and conditions as specified in the Proposal submitted by said <br />bidder(s). <br />BE IT FURTIIER RESOLVED that the Director of Public Works is authorized to sign the <br />contract documents upon such terms and conditions specified in the Proposal submitted by said <br />bidder(s). <br />DATED this 3rd day of March2020, atEllensburg, Washington <br />BOARD OF COTINTY COMMISSIONERS <br />KITTITAS COUNTY,ASHINGTON <br />Brett sml Chairman <br />Board- Julie Kjorsvik <br />'fl'D eputy Clerk of the Board- Mandy Buchholz <br />Vice-Chairman
