Schedule "C" <br />Professional Services <br />Statement of Work (SOW <br />Project <br />Kittitas Valley Event Center (KVEC) is interested in a new booking and management solution to support their daily <br />operations and continue improving service to their customers. <br />MAIS proposes their eRec solution as detailed within the following scope statement to manage the needs of KVEC and <br />their users. <br />MAIS will provide the following: <br />r Project Management <br />o Technical Management Services (Test, Support during project and Go-Live) <br />r Analysis & Design workshops for Facilities, Customers, Rentals, Finance & Accounting and Point of Sale <br />.
