Cook, Director <br />TO <br />CC: <br />MEMORANDUM <br />Kittitas County Board of County Gommissioners <br />Candie Leader, Administrative Assistant <br />Ryan Berge (Road Forman) <br />February 19,2020 <br />Your Canyon for a Day Bike Tour <br />FROM: <br />DATE: <br />SUBJECT: <br />After review of the application for the "Your Canyon for a Day Special Event" Public <br />Works recommends the applicant issues advanced notification of the event in the Daily <br />Record two (2) weeks in advance in conjunction with the forty eight (a8) hour advanced <br />road closure sign posting to inform the traveling public. <br />The applicant indicates that the Yakima Police Department, the Blue Knights and the <br />Yakima Sheriff's Office will provide patrol services and traffic control. <br />Public Works recommends approval of this event based on these conditions being <br />upheld.
