Page 17 of 26 <br /> <br />Schedule “C” <br />Professional Services <br />Statement of Work (SOW) <br /> <br />Project <br />Kittitas Valley Event Center (KVEC) is interested in a new booking and management solution to support their daily <br />operations and continue improving service to their customers. <br /> <br />MAIS proposes their eRec solution as detailed within the following scope statement to manage the needs of KVEC and <br />their users. <br /> <br />MAIS will provide the following: <br />• Project Management <br />• Technical Management Services (Test, Support during project and Go-Live) <br />• Analysis & Design workshops for Facilities, Customers, Rentals, Finance & Accounting and Point of Sale <br />• Configuration and data load based on Analysis & Design workshops <br />• End User Training for key staff <br />• Testing Support <br />• Continued customer success support as necessary to ensure smooth operations of KVEC business processes and <br />daily operation <br />
