BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />COUNTY OF KITTITAS <br />STATE OF WASHINGTON <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2020 - <br />AMENDING THE 2020 PUBLIC WORKS SIX YEAR CONSTRUCTION PROGRAM <br />WHEREAS: Kittitas County Department of Public Works is required to prepare (annually) a <br />six-year transportation improvement plan consistent with County Road <br />Administration Board requirements; and <br />WHEREAS: The Kittitas County Board of County Commissioners did approve the 2020 Public <br />Works Six -Year Transportation Plan with Resolution 2019-153; and <br />WHEREAS: Public Works has amended the 2020 Annual Construction Program addressing <br />unforeseen damage to Bullfrog Road; and <br />WHEREAS: Adjustments to the 2020 Annual Construction Program impact projects scheduled <br />on the adopted Six -Year Plan causing amendments to the adopted plan; and <br />WHEREAS: The Board of County Commissioners did conduct a public hearing on March 3, <br />2020 regarding Public Works' proposed amendments to the Six -Year Plan; <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of County Commissioners, in the <br />best interest of the public, does hereby amend the 2020 Public Works Six -Year Transportation <br />Plan. <br />DATED this 3rd day of March 2020, at Ellensburg, Washington. <br />Attest: <br />❑ Clerk of the Board- Julie Kjorsvik <br />❑ Deputy Clerk of the Board- Mandy Buchholz <br />BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />KITTITAS COUNTY, WASHINGTON <br />Brett Wachsmith, Chairman <br />Laura Osiadacz, Vice -Chairman <br />Cory Wright, Commissioner <br />
