hereto and, to the extent permitted by this Agreement, their respective legal representatives, <br />successors and assigns. <br />12.11 Creditors/Third Parties. None of the provisions of this Agreement shall be for <br />the benefit of or enforceable by any of the creditors of the ASO or any third parties. <br />12.12 Counterparts. This Agreement may be executed in counterparts, each of <br />which shall be deemed an original and all of which shall constitute one and the same <br />instrument. <br />12.13 Investment Representations. The Units have not been registered under the <br />Securities Act of 1933, the Securities Act of Washington or any other state securities laws <br />(collectively, the "Securities Acts").
