Service Agreement made as of 09 / 25 / tg between KEEN ("Purchaser") and Chinook Entertainment, LLC ("Producer") <br />for the terms and conditions herein set forth. <br />t. Payment Terms: 50% deposit (S11,070.00) due July Lst, 2020. Balance (S11,070.00) due Day of Event. <br />6. Special Provisions: Purchaser to provide and pay for Artist Rider requirements not outlined in Compensation <br />above. <br />Failure to present the Event or lnclement Weather shall not relieve the Purchaser of the obligation to pay <br />agreed upon compensation herein. <br />This Agreement and any attachments including but not limited to "Additional Terms and Conditions", and any other <br />addenda referenced incorporated herein constitute the entire agreement between parties, shall be governed by the State <br />of Washington law, and may be modified only by signed writing. The persons signing below warrant they have authority <br />to bind the parties to the terms of this Agreement.
