Collaboration *WM has and will continue to epand our partnerships within the tourism industry in <br />Kittitas county. we have obtained reduced room rates in exchange for advertising <br />the business and placing their logo on our promotional materials. <br />The Ellensburg Rodeo Royal court appears at our Friday euick Drawand Auction <br />every year to assists in carrying the artrarork for display to the audience, collecting <br />buyer signatures and in spare time informing guests of the duties and royal court <br />life and the Ellensburg Rodeo. We support the FBLA students of Ellensburg High <br />School by enlisting their club members in displaying the artuorks during the <br />Saturday auction <br />Each year we offer thre local events,Clymer Museum and Gallery, the Ellensburg <br />Rodeo Flall of Fame and Spirt of the West Cor,rboy Gathering the opportuniiy to <br />have complimentary display booths at the showto help promote their events. <br />western Art Association provides the auction staff for the Ellensburg Rodeo Hall of <br />Fame Banquet and Auction as \4€ll as supporting the Clymer Museum annual <br />event. We support the Kittitas County Fair Fine Arts division by selecting and <br />supplying the "Besi of ShoW' airrards for artists in professional and amateur <br />classifications. We have participated in the EDA's dovvntown Halloween candy <br />distribution <br />2500 character linit <br />5lFuture Plans <br />Please explain what plans exist to allow this project to become self-sustaining. lnclude any plans for ticket <br />sales, event sponsors, and other cost-recovery models. <br />Future Plans*ln order to have a self-susiaining event rne must increase revenue. We have <br />reduced our expense budget and directing as much as possible to promoting the <br />event through advertising. More and improved advertising will increase attendance <br />and income.
