<br />Professional Services Agreement (rev. 09/24/2018) <br />Page 13 of 17 <br />EXHIBIT "A" <br /> <br /> SCOPE OF WORK <br /> <br />In addition to providing all material and labor, the Contractor shall perform the following: <br /> <br />The CONTRACTOR will provide services and staff, and otherwise do all things <br />necessary for or incidental to the performance of work, as set forth below: <br /> <br />As described in the OFM Interlocal Contract #K3102, a copy of which is attached hereto <br />and incorporated by reference. Work consistent with the standards and requirements <br />of this Agreement that has been already performed under the authority of Kittitas <br />County Board of County Commissioners Resolution #2019-179 shall be billed for and <br />compensated as provided herein as this Agreement and the Resolution under which it <br />is authorized are intended to and do replace #2019-179. <br /> <br />
