This Annual Operating Plan is made <br />and agreed to as of the last date signed below and is for the estimated period beginning January <br />1, 2020 and ending December 31, 2020. <br />Previous Year Carry-over: $5,857.50 <br />Current 2020 Year Obligation: $47,960.00 <br />Estimated CY2020 Annual Operating Plan: $53,817.50* <br />('Previous year carry-over funds reflect available funds as of December 31, 2019. If there are any outstanding or <br />unpaid invoices, this amount and total amount may not be accurate. It is the responsibility of the Cooperator to <br />know the correct amount of previous year carry-over and total funds available. <br />Carry-over funds may be used to pay for calendar year 2019 expenditures.) <br />I.
