Response 1: The Dachshunds German Fest will be a celebration of culture in Rotary Pavilion in <br />Project/Event Downtown Ellensburg to coincide with the annual Dachshunds on Parade with a <br />Description * focus on driving tourism and re -visitation to Kittitas County. To follow with a <br />German theme, German beer producer's, food eateries, food trucks, and German <br />style performers will be invited to take part in this fun summer celebration of <br />culture, heritage, and of course Dachshunds. This event will occur during the <br />Dachshunds on Parade and after to help keep attendees downtown, walking <br />through the Farmers Market and supporting our community through heads in beds, <br />and shopping local. Many cultural events like these occur in Upper Kittitas County <br />with very few occurring in Ellensburg's Downtown Core.
