Ruby St., Suite 2, Ellensburg, WA 98926 <br />Office (509) 962-7000 Fax (509) 962-7682 <br />January 28, 2020 <br />To: Board of County Commissioners <br />From: Patrick Nicholson, Fire Marshal <br />Subject: ABATE 2020 <br />Dear Board of County Commissioners, <br />The 2020 application for the ABATE event occurring at Silver Ridge Ranch for the dates of June 25-28 in <br />Easton had been reviewed and approved under the following conditions: <br />1. This event will require a Fire Marshal special event application <br />2. The coordinator must call 509-962-7000 to request an inspection at least 24 hours prior to event <br />3. Must receive a passing inspection which includes inspection of vendors <br />4. EMS staff will utilize the 911 system to report emergencies as appropriate <br />5. Maintain clear emergency vehicle access throughout the campus at all times <br />6.
