KITTITAS COUNTY <br />DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS <br />AGENDA STAFF REPORT <br />AGENDA DATE: February 4, 2020 <br />ACTION REQUESTED: Conduct a Public Hearing to consider an irrigation franchise with <br />Robert A. Gregerich on South Thorp Highway. <br />BACKGROUND: Robert A. Gregerich has applied for an irrigation franchise to <br />replace an existing irrigation pipe that has failed due to age. The <br />proposed franchise is to relocate and install a 10" irrigation pipe <br />for 240' along South Thorp Highway. Upon approval of the <br />irrigation franchise, a right of way permit will be required to <br />conduct the proposed work. <br />The Franchise Application is complete, and the appropriate <br />application fee has been collected. <br />Mr. Gregerich has reviewed and signed the franchise. <br />INTERACTION: Public Works <br />RECOMMENDATION: Conduct a public hearing to consider an irrigation franchise Robert <br />A.
