<br /> <br />12 <br />SIGNS AND AWNINGS <br /> <br />The County requires written consent before the Contractor erects or places any <br />advertising signs or awnings. If the County permits the Contractor to erect or place any <br />advertising signs or awnings, then the County will be the sole judge as to the <br />acceptability concerning type, size, location and specific wording of the message. Any <br />costs for signs will be solely the responsibility of the Contractor. <br /> <br />The County reserves the right to approve all d isplays of signage or notices. The <br />Contractor will not fasten, paste or tape on or near it s espresso stand any signs, notices <br />or advertising media unrelated to the services provided under this Agreement, unless <br />agreed to in writing by the County. The Coun ty reserves the right to remove any signage <br />or notices displayed on County property or related to County business. <br /> <br />ENTIRE AGREEMENT <br /> <br />This Agreement contains all the terms and conditions agreed upon by the Parties. No <br />other understandings, oral or otherwis e, regarding the subject matter of this <br />Agreement will be deemed to exist or to bind any o f the Parties hereto. <br />
