CERTIFICATE <br />I, the undersigned, Clerk of the Board of County Commissioners of Kittitas County, <br />Washington (herein called the `Board") and keeper of the records of the County, DO HEREBY <br />CERTIFY: <br />That the attached Resolution is a true and correct copy of Resolution <br />No. 2020-i/0 of the County (herein called the "Resolution"), as finally adopted at a regular <br />meeting of the Board held on the 21 st day of January, 2020, and duly recorded in my office. <br />2.
