Based on the computation of rates (see Attachment B), the study results <br />recommend the following rates. For other agencies that use the facility outside of normal business hours <br />(weekends, night driving, etc.), we recommend that a duty safety officer be <br />charged at the overtime rate. <br />3. The Academy periodically will allow usage of its drive course for events, such as <br />filming. We have charged a flat fee of $1,500 for this usage with the charge <br />being brought in as revenue to the state rather than a recovery of expenditure to <br />the agency.
