BUDGETNARRATIVE1.FundingUtilization:Describehowthefundswillbeusedtosupporttheproposedproject.Fore×ample,willthefundsbeusedforstafftime,supplies,consultants,contractors,constructioncosts,directcustomerservices,etc.?(250wordsmax.)Fundswillbeutilizedtoprovidedirectservicestolow-incomeseniorsovertheageofsixty-fivewithpermanenthousingsupportandsupportiveservicestoassistinmanagingtheirdailylives.Somefundswillbeusedtopartiallysupportcasemanagersactivityinprovidingassessment,stabilityplanning,referralstoneededsupports,andone-on-oneeducationalsupportinlifeskills.Aportionofthefundswillbeutilizedforprogramsupportforcasemanagementstaffandoverallprogramadministration.ProgramAdministrationwillequal9%with75%dedicatedtodirectservices,13%tostaffactivityand3%tooperationalcosts.Staffactivityandprogramoperationswillbesupportedwithfundingleveragedfromothernon-countyfundingsources.Directclientservicewilltotal$93,840.00andnon-administrativestaffwilltotal$15,987.00inthefirstgrantyear.RequestedincreaseswilladdressstandardannualCOLA(costoflivingadjustment)of3%plusadditionalincreasesinrentsanticipatedduetolackofhousingavailability.2.OtherSupport:Describeanymonetary,in-kind,donations,grants,orothertypesofsupportthatwillbeusedfortheproject.Includebothguaranteedsupportandsupportthatmaystillbeuncertain.(250wordsmax.)Fundingforstaffactivityandprogramoperationforthisprogramwillbeaugmentedusingfundsfromvariousfederal,stateandprivategrants.CHGfundsarecurrentlyandcouldbecontinuallyusedforaddressingseniorhomelessnessandstabilization.Oneofourprivatepartners,Crestview,hasacashallotmentpaidtousforcasemanagementoftheirqualifyingseniortenants.TheprivatecontractbetweenCrestviewandHopeSourceisrenegotiatedandrenewedannually.HopeSourcealsohascommunitydonatedfundstobeusedtoaugmentseniorstabilityandcasemanagementfromtheUpperCountyFundandMercerCreekChurch.13
