<br />The recipient is prohibited from drawing down or reimbursing sub-recipients of Operation Stonegarden (OPSG}. funding
<br />provided through !his award until eacfl unlqu_e., specific or modlned county level, tribal or equivalent Operations Order and
<br />or Fragmenta,y Order (Frago) has been reviewed by ~EMA/GPO and Customs and Border Protection/United States Border
<br />Patrol (CBP/USBP). The recipient will receive the official notification of approval from FEMAIGPD.
<br />Article XLIV -Fusion Center Investment Hold -SHSP
<br />A program hold Is placed on SHSP Investment #1 and the recipient is prohibited from obligating. expending, or drawing
<br />down SHSP funds In the amount of $628;515 In support or Its State and/or Major Ur~n Area Fusion Center. In order to
<br />release this hold, the recipient is required to submit the Fusion Center Addendum, which captures requirements for all Fusion
<br />Center Investments, per page 42 of the FY 2017 HSGP Notice of Funding Opportunity. Please contact your OHS/FEMA GPO
