f. No notice of nonrenewal will be sent to the Named Insured if: <br />( 1) we provtde written r.otice of our willingness to renew this Policy, including a statement of the <br />amount of the premium or portion thereof required to be paid, to the Named Insured either <br />directly or through the Named Jnsured's authorized representative, if any, at least twenty <br />(20) days prior to the expiration of the Policy, and the Hamed Insured fails to dischdrge the <br />payment when due; <br />(2) Toe Named Insured has procured equivalent coverage prior to expiration of the Polley term; <br />or, <br />(3) Toe Policy Is evidenced by a writ:en binder containing a dearly stated expiration date which <br />has explred by its terms. <br />g. Whenever a notice of cancellation or renewal of this Policy Is provided to tr.e Named Insured, a <br />copy of such no ce-shall be provided to e Named rnsured 's authorized producer or agent, If any, <br />within five (5) worl<tl",9 days.
