<br />involving any Insured, or to the proprietorial rights of any Insurflt or former Insured to dients,
<br />information, dient lists, documents, files or client maters, or arising from a networit Incident or privacy

<br />J. Any actual or all~ed discrimination, r.arassment or failure to comply with any law because of race, color,
<br />religion, age, sex, disability, pregnancy, national origin, sexual orientation, gender identity, marital status,
<br />or any other basis prohibited by law;
<br />k. Any legal services rendered or ttat srculd ha'le been rendered by you w ith r~pect to a controlled
<br />enterprise;
<br />I. Any Insured's financial or Investment advice, prediction, warrant';, guarantee, opinion, refer.al or action
<br />relating to portfolio or trust account management, the performance of real estate, securities or other
<br />investments, or tt.e promotion, sale or sol icitation for sale, of securites, real estate or other Investments;
<br />m. Ally Insured's actual or alleged notarized certification or ac:krow lect,;ement of a signature on a document
<br />In their capacity as a r,otary public when such Insured did not witress the signat'..Jra being placed on the
<br />document;
<br />n. Toe loss or destruction, or any diminuton in the value of any asset In your care, custody or control, or out
<br />of the misappropriation of, or failure to give an account of, any a~t In your care, custody or control,
<br />induding trie commingling of runes;
<br />o. Your failure to impement, update and rr.a intain commonly aa:epted technologies; or

<br />e. The circumstances by which an Insured first became aware of the cJaim.
