D. LIMITS OF UA3ILITY AND DEDUCTIBLE 1. Claim Expenses Claim expenses we pay are a part of, and not in addition to, the Limits of Liability, and pa·,ment by us of daim expenses shall reduce and may exhaust the Limits of Liability. 4 , DeductJble You are obli~ated to pay all dalm expenses and damag~ up to the amount of.tr.e decuctible shown in the Oedarations for each and every claim. However, the first $25,000 of daim expenses shall not be subject to the deductible and will be paid directly by us. The deductible shall be payable by you, as daim expenses in excess of $25,000 are lncurTed or as damages are paid. The amount cf the deductible is within and reduces both the Per Claim and Aggregate Limits of Ua::>ility. Payment of the dedL.ctible shall be made by you wtthn thirty (30) da'/5 of our demar.d for payment 5. Related Claims All related mlms will be treated as a single daim and subject to the Per Claim Limit of Liability stated in the Declarations of this Polley and will be deemed to have been made at the time tne first of such related dalms was made. Neither the rr.aking of a dalm agair& multiple Insureds, the makJng of multiple daims, nor the maklng of dalms by multlple people or enbtles, shall operate to Increase either the Per Calm Limit of Liabmty or tr.e Aggregate Limit of liability under this Polley. 6. Multiple Policies Issued by Us If more than one lawyers' professional liability policy issued by us, or by a past, present or future parent, subsldlary or affiliate of ours, applies to the liability of an Insured, wt shall not be llable for payment of damages and dalm expenses under more than one policy. Any duty to pay damages and ct.Im expenses shall be connned to tre policy containir~ tt,e largest applicable limit. If the limit of liability on each policy Is the same, only one limit will apply. E.
