Exhibit G: Amendment 19-07 <br />Amendments to KCC Title 18 to identify additional <br />authorized officials <br />18.01.020 Enforcement. <br />Only an authorized official may enforce the provisions of this Title. For purposes of this Title, an authorized <br />official is defined as any of the following: <br />1. Designation of enforcement officers shall be made by resolution and may <br />designate persons by name or position.
