ATTACHMENT 2 <br />FEDERAL COMPLIANCE, CERTIFICATIONS, AND ASSURANCES <br />In the event federal funds are included in this agreement, the following sections apply: I. Federal <br />Compliance and II. Standard Federal Assurances and Certifications. In the instance of inclusion of <br />federal funds, the Contractor may be designated as a sub-recipient and the effective date of the <br />amendment shall also be the date at which these re quirements go into effect. <br />I. FEDERAL COMPLIANCE -The use of federal funds requires additional compliance and control <br />mechanisms to be in place. The following represents the majority of compliance elements that may <br />apply to any federal funds provided under this contract.
