"State Opioid Response" or "SOR" means the Federal Substance Abuse and Mental <br />Health Services Administration (SAMHSA) Grant, CFDA number 93.788. <br />"Subcontractor" means a person or entity that is not in the employment of the Contractor, <br />who is performing all or part of the business activities under this Agreement under a <br />separate contract with Contractor. The term "Subcontractor" means subcontractor(s) of any <br />tier. <br />"Subrecipient" means a contractor operating a federal or state assistance program <br />receiving federal funds and having the authority to determine both the services rendered <br />and disposition of program. See Office of Management and Budget (0MB) Super Circular 2 <br />CFR 200.501 and 45 CFR 75.501, "Uniform Administrative Requirements, Cost Principles, <br />and Audit Requirements for Federal Awards for additional detail. <br />"Substance Use Disorder Prevention and Mental Health Promotion Online Reporting <br />System" or "Minerva" means the management information system maintained by HCA <br />that collects planning, demographic, and prevention service data. <br />"USC" means the United States Code. All references in this Agreement to USC chapters <br />or sections shall include any successor, amended, or replacement statute. The USC may <br />be accessed at http://uscode.house.q.ov/ <br />3.
