4.4 Deposit and Withdraw of Funds: <br />Subagent shall deposit and withdraw funds only as permitted in Policy and Procedure. <br />4.5 Lost Revenues: <br />In the event of theft, burglary, misplacement or destruction of revenue collected by Subagent <br />the Subagent is responsible for ensuring customers are notified and replacement payment is <br />collected. Subagent is responsible for all costs related to the recovery of revenue. <br />■ Subagent must report all theft or burglary to DOL, Agent, and local law enforcement. <br />• Subagent must provide documentation of any insurance claim for loss and also provide <br />any criminal investigation number per Policy and Procedure, and will reimburse Agent <br />and/or DOL for all costs resulting from Subagent errors or omissions. <br />5. EDUCATION AND TRAINING <br />5.1. Designation of DOL Training Requirements: <br />DOL as a third -party provider of education, training, testing, and support, pursuant to its <br />contractual agreement with the Agent, is required to establish all educational training <br />requirements that are necessary for the Agent, Agent VLRs, Subagents, and Subagent <br />VLRs. <br />• The trainings may be developed directly by DOL, outside sources, or in collaboration with <br />Agents and other related stakeholders. <br />• The trainings may include a testing component to determine whether the trainee has <br />sufficient understanding of the material and meets minimum requirements for maintaining <br />access to DOL systems. <br />DOL may also provide support service functions to assist Agent, Subagents, and VLRs to <br />meet performance obligations and may provide additional information as needed. <br />5.2. Fulfillment of Training Requirements — Agent Actions: <br />Agent shall notify Subagents of all training requirements including an updated list of required <br />trainings and their due dates. The trainings may be performed live by in-person instruction, <br />written communication, web -based, electronically through a computer-based format, or by <br />using other training methods. <br />Agent, or DOL on Agent's behalf, shall provide initial training, and further provide ongoing <br />training for continuing education. Agent must provide Subagent with reasonable notice and <br />flexible opportunities to receive training. <br />Agent shall monitor and track all Subagent VLRs to ensure that each VLR receives and <br />completes the training within the required timelines. <br />Agent will provide notice of all completed, and non -completed trainings to DOL within the <br />stated timelines; VLRs who do not receive the training in a timely fashion will be denied <br />future access to DOL DRIVES system until such time that Agent confirms with DOL that the <br />training was completed. <br />5.3. Fulfillment of Training Requirements — Subagent Actions: <br />Subagents shall attend and receive all required trainings. This obligation remains in effect <br />even if Subagent does not act as an actual VLR, and/or have an active User Account.
