New road easements shall be a minimum of 60’. Existing <br />driveway easements may a minimum of 20’. New driveway easements shall be a minimum of 30’. <br />4Crushed surfacing per WSDOT Standard Specifications. <br />5Additional depth may be required for roads that are to be public roads. <br />6Any new driveway longer than 150’ in length shall have a width of no less than 16’. New driveways less than <br />150’ in length shall have a width of no less than 12’.
