(Res. 83-10, 1983) “Lot line, <br />front” means a lot line that abuts any public street, private street, right-of-way or other means of vehicular <br />access, other than an alley. “ <br /> <br />17.08.390BA Lot, through. <br />"Lot, through" means a lot that has frontage on two (2) easements (public or private) for access. (Ord. <br />2013-001, 2013) <br /> <br /> <br />17.08.790C Street frontage. <br />“Street frontage” means the linear frontage of a parcel or property abutting a street or vehicular access <br />easement. (Res. 2012-78 (part), 8/14/12). <br /> <br /> <br />17.16.070 Yard requirements - Side. <br />There shall be a side yard of not less than five (5) feet in width on each side of a building. (Side of <br />building means outer face, any part of building nearest to the side line, not including roof eaves.) On <br />corner lots the side yard shall be a minimum of fifteen (15) feet on the side abutting the street.
