KITTITAS COUNTY AIRPORT <br />4*4 DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS <br />LEASE <br />THIS LEASE made and entered into this 1t day of by and <br />between Kittitas County, a municipal corporation in the State of Washington, hereinafter <br />referred to as the LESSOR, and Quincy N. Milton, M and Ann Marie Milton, hereinafter <br />referred to as the LESSEE. <br />W[1TNESSETH: <br />The Lessor hereby agrees to lease to the Lessee, and the Lessee hereby agrees to <br />lease from the Lessor, the following described real property (hereinafter the "Property'): <br />See Exhibit "A" attached hereto, also described as: <br />recorded on July 26, 2019, in Volurne 13, pages 40-4S, County of Kittitas, State ca <br />Containing 11,325.6 square feet or .26 acres more or less <br />This lease is made in accordance with Chapter 2.81 KCC. This lease is subject to the <br />provisions of Chapter 59.12 RCW as currently existing of hereafter amended. <br />TERM: KCC 2.81.070 limits lease terms to ten (10) years Mess new construction <br />is contemplated. If new construction is contemplated, the proposed building must <br />be described in Attachment "A" as referenced in the section herein labeled <br />"Improvements." The term of this lease shall be for 30 years and will Commence on <br />the first day of November, 2019. <br />2. RENT: Rent shall to paid in advance on an annual basis, with the first payment <br />due on or before the 1 st day of November each year and continuing thereafter until <br />termination of this lease.
