CONSULTANT, the indemnification obligations set forth above shall not be limited In any way by any limitation on the amount or type of damages or compensation benefits payable by or for CONSUL TANT under the applicable worker's or workmen's compensatiPn, benefit, or disability laws (including but no( limited to, the Industrial Insurance laws, Title 51 of the Revised Code of Washington). CONSUL TANT expressly waives an/immunity CONSUL TANT might have under such laws, and, by entering into this Agreement , acknowledges that this waiver has been mutually negotiated. 15. INSURANCE. 15.1. The CONSUL TANT shall procure and maintain for the duration of the Agreement, insurance against claims for injuries to persons or damage to property which may arise from or in connection with the performance of the work hereunder by the CONSULTANT, its agents, representatives, employees or subcontractors. 15.2,. CONSULTANTS maintenance of insurance as required by the Agreement shall not be' construed to limit the liability of the CONSUL TANT to the coverage provided by such insurance , or otherwise limit the CllY'S recourse to any remedy available af.law or in equity. 15.3. Minimum Scope of Insurance. CONSULTANT shall obtain Insurance of the types described below: 15.3.1. Automobile Liability insurance covering all owned, non-owned, hired and leased vehicles. Coverage shall be written on Insurance Services Office (ISO) fonn CA 00 01 or ·a substitute fonn providing equivalent liability coverage. If necessary, the policy shall be endorsed to provide contract liability coverage; and, . ' 1'5.3.2. Commercial General Liability insurance shall be written on ISO occurrence;forrri C~ 00 01 and shan cover liability arising from premises, operations, independent contractors, and personal injury and advertising Injury. The CITY shall be named as an addltlonal Insured under the Consultant's Commercial General Liability insurance policy with respect to the work performed for the CllY; and, 15.3.3. Workers' Compensation coverage as required by the Industrial Insurance laws of the State of Washington; and 15.3.4. Professional Liability insurance appropriate to the CONSULTANT's profession. - 15.4:;:_ Minimu·m Amounts of Insurance. CONSULTANT shall maintain the fo_llowing in~urance limits: 15.4.1.
