Evaluate and prioritize property for development and recommend to Board for July 2019 <br />approval. Examination should prioritize properties 1) within the Ellensburg City <br />limits and 2.) within the Urban Growth Area; consider range of development costs; <br />cost-recovery strategies; development potential /how the property can support <br />business needs, etc. <br />3. Develop capital acquisition resources: July2019 <br />• Apply for CDBG Economic Opportunity Grant <br />• Apply for CERB grant for new facility <br />• Qualified Opportunity Fund <br />4.
