The City contracts with CenterFuse, an independent non-profit with its own <br />Federal ID, charter, and bylaws, through an interlocal agreement, which includes services <br />paid by CenterFuse to the City for employment. The City acts as the fiscal agent for <br />CenterFuse for the Distressed Sales Tax. A copy of the interlocal, amendment, and city <br />budget are included. <br />(2) Funding Sources include all budget sources to run CenterFuse and its economic <br />development goals, including personnel, marketing, administrative, facilities, etc. <br />*Note: You must include documentation for all other funding sources listed (i.e. grant <br />requests, award letter notifications, legislative resolutions, etc.). <br />* *Note: Your Distressed County Fund matching ratio must be at least or greater than 10% in <br />order to qualify forfor funding consideration. The COG will not consider any requests which do <br />not provide at least 1 O"A, matching funds from a local source.
