BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />COUNTY OF KITTITAS <br />STATE OF WASHINGTON <br />RESOLUTION <br />NO. 2019-(J / / <br />RESOLUTION TO AUTHORIZE EXECUTION OF AN <br />ENTERPRISE AGREEMENT WITH MICROSOFT <br />WHEREAS, Kittitas County relies on Microsoft licensed products for business purposes; and <br />WHEREAS, support for our current Microsoft licensed products will terminate in 2019 and 2020; and <br />WHEREAS, continued support for our Microsoft licensed products is essential to the business needs of <br />the County; and <br />WHEREAS, it is in the best interest of the County to enter into an Enterprise Agreement with Microsoft, <br />the terms or which are detailed in the Agreement that is attached hereto and hereby <br />incorporated by reference. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of County Commissioners of Kittitas County, <br />Washington, hereby authorizes execution of the Microsoft Enterprise Agreement that is <br />attached hereto. <br />DATED this • 2019, at Ellensburg, Washington. <br />BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />Board, Julie Kjorsvik <br />D Deputy Clerk of the Board, Mandy Buchholz
