Where a conference is funded by a grant or cooperative agreement the recipient <br />must include the following statement on all conference materials (including <br />promotional materials, agenda, and internet sites): "Funding for this conference was <br />made possible (in part) by Grant SP20155, TM010056 and T1080249 from <br />SAMHSA. The views expressed in written conference materials or publications and <br />by speakers and moderators do not necessarily reflect the official policies of the <br />Department of Health and Human Services; nor does mention of trade names, <br />commercial practices, or organizations imply endorsement by the U.S. Government." <br />If federal funds are used by the Contractor to attend a meeting, conference, etc. and <br />meal(s) are provided as part of the program, then the per diem applied to the Federal <br />travel costs (M&IE allowance) must be reduced by the allotted meal cost(s <br />Washington State Page 66 HCA Contract No. K3924 <br />Health Care Authority <br />
