Amendment NO- I to Interlocal Amendment for Professional Services <br />Petween the E,lleo buM 33uAnen Development Authority <br />And the City of ioensburg for Provision of Adminhimlive and Project Services <br />MR Amendment No. I to the existing November 7, 2017 Interlocal Agreement <br />(Interlocal) between the Ellensburg Business Development Authority (EBDA) and the City of <br />Ellensburg (City) for Provision of Administrative and Project Services, is made and effective this <br />D-day of. illicu�[.t� 2019. <br />WHEREAS, the EBDA is a public development authority created by the City of Ellensburg <br />under Title 33.21 RCW and Ellensburg Ordinance No. 3895, as amended, and opxatm under its <br />adopted Charter and Bylaws; and <br />WHEREAS, the EBDA'iPrixnary purpose is dedicated to promoting ecommic development <br />projects within ft territat3al limits of the City and outside the territorial limits of the City to the <br />extent authorized by RCW 35.21.740; and <br />WHEREAS, having the City provide administrative and project services, to the E3DA is the <br />most economical and logistically efficicm means of pMouring these services; and <br />WHEREAS, the F.$DA wishes to continue ongaging the City for administrative and project <br />services on the terms Arid conditions set forth below, <br />NOW. THEREFORE, in consideration of the above recitals and the mutual promises and <br />benefits contained herein, the parties agree as fbllows; <br />A. New Section added to Interlocal: <br />A new "Section 4" is added to the lxxterlocal which shall read as follows: <br />SECTION 4; FUNDING FOR SERVICES <br />B. For Fi&W Year 2019, the EBDA shall pay to the City, the total sum of $40,000 <br />In quarterly installments dtut l+ =h 31, dune 30, Septembor 30, and December <br />31 fior personae[ sea -vices. <br />b. For FIWAI Year 2019, the City shall PaY to the EBDA for total sum of $40,000 <br />by April 30 for advancement of economic development. <br />c. For Fiscal Year 2019, the EBDA shall pay to the City the total sum of $1 by <br />Decembar 31, 2019 fir lease of the Ellawburg incubator located at 1200 N <br />Prospect, Ellensburg, WA. <br />B.
