Page 11 <br />CENTERFUSE 2019 WORKPLAN <br />Adapted February 2019 <br />The following outline continues the goals of the 2018 workplan, identifies new strategies and goals, and <br />realigns subcommittees with goals far 2019. The pian proposes three committees to accomplish 2019 <br />priorities, suggests CenterFuse members for each committee, and denotes a proposed committee lead <br />with an asterisk (0). A chedcmark (✓) indicates activitles that have been accomplished. <br />The CenterFuse Executive Director, Carolyn Honeycutt, will support each subcommittee and help to <br />identify community resources that may help support the work of the committee.
