The City contracts with CenterFuse, an independent non-profit with its own <br />Federal ID, charter, and bylaws, through an interlocal agreement, which includes services <br />paid by CenterFuse to the City for employment. The City acts as the fiscal agent for <br />CenterFuse for the Distressed Sales Tax. A copy of the interlocal, amendment, and city <br />budget are included. <br />(2) Funding Sources include all budget sources to run CenterFuse and its economic <br />development goals, including personnel, marketing, administrative, facilities, etc. <br />*Note: You must include documentation, for all otherAnding sources listed (i e. grant <br />requests, award letter notifications, legislative resolutions, etc.). <br />**Note: Your Distressed County Fund matching ratio must be at least or greater than I OAO in <br />order to qualfy forfor funding consideration. The COG will not consider any requests which do <br />riot provide at least 10916 matching fiords from a local source. <br />
