Their role is to create and maintain a pleasant work environment, managing the day-to-day <br />financial operations of the property, including finding and placing qualified tenants, and they ensure ftproperty is In good working order. <br />Ultimately, Property Manager should be able to ensure the smooth running of the office and help to <br />Improve Catalyst Co -working procedures and day -today operation. <br />Responsibilities <br />Tenant Relations - responsibilities include scheduling meetings and appointments, making office supplies <br />arrangements, greeting visitors and providing general administrative support to other departments (by <br />request, depending on availability). <br />Develop rental agreements, selects qualified tenants, and collects deposits and rents. <br />Enforces terms of rental agreements. resolves tenant complaints, and overseas eviction <br />proceedings If necessary. <br />Create and maintain office policies. <br />FaocOUGS Manageawnt — schedules maintenance and repairs, negotiates contracts wish vendors, regularly <br />Inspects property to ensure R Is In good working order, and quickly resolves emergency maintenance <br />Issues. <br />Marketing — keeps properties occupied with qualified tenants through advertising, lead follow up, property <br />showings for prospective tenants. <br />Schedule meeting and appointments for the meeting rooms in all locations. <br />Pin In-house or off -sits activities, like partles, celebrations. <br />Coordinate social media, blog and outreach marketing for Catalyst locations (local publications, <br />Art Walk, & by other requests. <br />Knowledge & Sidlis Needed! <br />is <br />• Familiar with applicable local, state, and federal laws and regulation <br />609 North Main Street, Ellensburg, WA 99926 (549)925-2002 wvww.k ttfasmuntvchamber.corn <br />
