Haw will you measure success? <br />The goals for the Kitt County Chamber of Commerce Economic Development department are <br />attached and our success will be measured by the some performance measures/targets as <br />reported to the State Department of Commerce which is reported quarterly. (Please see <br />attachment B for sample of ADO requirements; please see attachment C for Marketing outline <br />provided as a requirement for the State Department of Commerce) <br />B. How will this position meet the economic development goals of the County and region? <br />The staff members supported by this funding will continue to work on the implementation of <br />the Kitt Co Chamber of Commerce's comprehensive economic development strategy (CEDS) <br />which has been adopted by reference in the County's Comprehensive Plan and Resolution <br />2016-014. It was also commented on and endorsed by Incorporated cities within Kitiitas <br />County during the county involvement phase of the CEDS. <br />The Kitt Co Chamber c f Commerce is encouraged by the goals that are being referenced in <br />the March 2019 Kitt Cc Comprehensive Plan Draft for the regions Economic Development <br />plans. The staff members supported will work to implement such goals of the County Staff <br />and Board of County Commissioners. <br />
