The general terms and conditions are determ ined by statutory, regulatory, <br />and agency requirements, as well as the administrative policies . By accepting a grant agreement w ith AMS, recipients accept <br />r esponsibility for all applicable te r ms and conditions. Failure to comply may result in actions de scr ibed in sect ion 17.0 <br />Remed ies for Noncompliance. <br />AMS uses USDA's ezFedGrants online grants and agreements management system. AMS grant rec i pients must register and use <br />the system to submit all applicab le gr ant related documents.
