ATTACHMENT D <br />FEDERAL FUNDING ACCOUNTABILITY AND TRANSPARENCY ACT COMPLIANCE <br />Background: The Washington State Department of Agriculture (WSDA) is required by the Federal Funding <br />Accountability and Transparency Act (FF AT A) to report executive compensation information for certain grant awards <br />under the Specialty Crop Block Grant Program (SCBGP). <br />FFATA Requirement: WSDA is required to report the names and total compensation of the five (5) most highly <br />compensated officers of your organization only if all three of the following criteria were met in your organization's <br />previous fiscal year: <br />1. Your organization received 80 percent or more of its annual gross revenues from Federal awards*; AND <br />2. Your organization received $25,000,000 or more in annual gross revenues from Federal awards; AND <br />3.
