EXHIBIT "A" <br />SCOPE OF WORK <br />The Contractor shall perform the following: <br />• Facilitation of Developmental Disability Advisory Committee (DDAC) meetings to <br />create partnership projects to provide employment support and services for <br />young adults with developmental disabilities in order to develop a DDAC work <br />plan. <br />• Facilitation of up to 5 meetings or events in order to determine specific goals and <br />strategies for DDAC to pursue in current contract year. <br />Professional Services Agreement <br />Page 13
