BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />COUNTY OF KITTITAS <br />STATE OF WASHINGTON <br />RESOLUTION <br />NO. <br />ADOPTING A SIX-YEAR TRANSPORTATION IMPROVEMENT PLAN FOR THE <br />YEARS 2020-2025 <br />WHEREAS: In accordance with R.C.W. 36.81.121, the County Engineer has prepared the 2020- <br />2025 Six -Year Transportation Improvement Plan for the ensuing six year period; and <br />WHEREAS: The Board of County Commissioners has access to the annual bridge report (2018) and <br />the priority array (2019) that were consulted during the preparation of this Six -Year <br />Transportation Improvement Plan; and <br />WHEREAS: Two separate public outreach events were conducted collecting comment on Public <br />Work's draft Six -Year Transportation Improvement Plan (Lower County on 09-16-19 <br />and Upper County on 09-19-19); and <br />WHEREAS: No public comments were received to be incorporated into Public Work's draft Six - <br />Year Transportation Improvement Plan; and <br />WHEREAS: A Public Hearing was opened on October 15, 2019 at 2:00 p.m. in the Commissioners <br />Auditorium concerning adoption of the said Improvement Plan; and <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of County Commissioners, after due <br />consideration, does hereby adopt the said 2020-2025 Six -Year Transportation <br />Improvement Plan, hereto attached, as now submitted by the Kittitas County Director <br />of Public Works and County Engineer. <br />DATED this 15th day of October, 2019 at Ellensburg, Washington. <br />Attest: <br />❑ Clerk of the Board- Julie Kjorsvik <br />❑ Deputy Clerk of the Board- Mandy Buchholz <br />BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSION <br />KTTTTTAS COUNTY, WASHINGTON <br />Cory Wright, Chairman <br />Brett Wachsmith, Vice -Chairman <br />Laura Osiadacz, Commissioner <br />
