BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />COUNTY OF KITTITAS <br />STATE OF WASHINGTON <br />RESOLUTION <br />NO. <br />ADOPTING AN ANNUAL CONSTRUCTION PROGRAM FOR 2020 <br />WHEREAS: In accordance with R.C.W. 36.81.121, the County Engineer has prepared an Annual <br />Construction Program for 2020; and <br />WHEREAS: The Board of County Commissioners has reviewed and updated the County's priority road <br />construction program incorporating current bridge inspection findings; and <br />WHEREAS: The Board of County Commissioners has access to Public Works priority scoring array <br />and 2018 Bridge Inspection Report and said documents were utilized by staff preparing the <br />proposed 2020 Annual Construction Program; and <br />WHEREAS: Two separate public outreach events were conducted collecting comment on Public Work's <br />draft Annual Construction Program for 2020 (Lower County on 09-16-19 and Upper <br />County on 09-19-19); and <br />WHEREAS: No public comments were received to be incorporated into Public Work's draft Annual <br />Construction Program for 2020; and <br />WHEREAS: A Public Hearing was opened on October 15, 2019 at 2:00 p.m. in the Commissioners' <br />Auditorium concerning adoption of the said Annual Construction Program for 2020; and <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of County Commissioners, after due <br />consideration, does hereby adopt the said Annual Construction Program for 2020, hereto <br />attached, as now submitted by the Kittitas County Director of Public Works and County <br />Engineer. <br />DATED this 15"' day of October, 2019 at Ellensburg, Washington. <br />Attest: <br />❑ Clerk of the Board- Julie Kjorsvik <br />❑ Deputy Clerk of the Board- Mandy Buchholz <br />BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />KITTITAS COUNTY, WASHINGTON <br />Cory Wright, Chairman <br />Brett Wachsmith, Vice -Chairman <br />Laura Osiadacz, Commissioner <br />
