and against any and all liability which may accrue to or be sustained by Kittitas County, except for the sole negligence and willful misconduct of Kittitas County and its employees. 2.A certificate of insurance, and accompanying endorsement, shall be filed with the county prior to the issuance of the permit which names Kittitas County, its officers and employees, as an additional insured party with respect to activities in connection with this permit for no less than $1,000,000 per occurrence.
