5.20.030 Application form. <br />Event Application Form: The Clerk of the Board of County Commissioners is hereby charged with <br />creation of a standard "Event Application Form." The Clerk should consult with the county Health <br />Officer, Fire Marshal, Sherriff, Prosecutor, Public Works Director and the Solid Waste Director to ensure <br />that the Event Application Form solicits the information necessary for them to make a recommendation <br />on the issues enumerated in KCC 5.20.020.(Ord. 2014-009, 2014;Ord. 2009-22, 2009; Ord. 99-06, 1999; <br />Ord. 92-17, 1992; Ord. 6911 § 4, Vol. 0, p. 129, 1969) <br />5.20.040 Sanitary facilities. <br />Repealed by Ord. 92-17.
