The <br />organization can report such changes by submitting a Charitable Organization or <br />Combined Fund Drive Amendment form or an Optional Registration "Update." These forms <br />are available at M1WVv.sos.wa.qov/ch0rltiesf'Al lforms .a spx <br />As an organization that is exempt from registration, CLE ELUM ROUNDUP ASSOCIATION is not <br />required to renew annually or provide our office with copies of its financial information (e.g. <br />IRS federal returns). However, if the organization engages in one or more of the following <br />activities, its exemption from registration is invalid and annual registration with the Charities <br />Program will be required: <br />• Raising $50,000 or more in any accounting year (in WA and other states); or <br />• Paying officers, employees or other persons; or <br />• Contracting with a paid commercial fundraiser or fundraising entity <br />If the organization's exemption becomes invalid, please contact the Charities Program for <br />the appropriate form and instructions. <br />Our office provides educational resources and training opportunities for nonprofit and <br />charitable organizations throughout Washington State.
